How to delete your data
What we keep
If you signed in with Google or Facebook, we keep your name, your email and that service's user number, plus the birth details you give us. We keep no password, photo, friends list or access token from them.
Delete everything
Sign in, open "My account" and choose "Delete my account". Members who have no password confirm with a code sent to their email.
This deletes your account and every saved birth profile, including your family's. It cannot be undone. The Google or Facebook link goes with it.
Only remove the Facebook or Google link
- Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites → remove OfficialAstrology™.
- Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party connections → remove OfficialAstrology™.
This alone does not delete our copy of your data. "Delete everything" above does.
