These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India (GSTIN [GSTIN]), which runs OfficialAstrology™ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using a service you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. What we provide

Vedic astrology services prepared by our astrologers: kundli (birth chart) reports, kundli matching, muhurat selection, readings and consultations, plus online tools such as charts and panchang. Calculations use NASA JPL planetary data and the Lahiri ayanamsa; each written reading is prepared by one astrologer and checked by a second astrologer before it is sent to you.

OfficialAstrology™ is an independent astrology service. It is not affiliated with any government or religious body. The word "Official" is part of our brand name; it does not mean any authority has approved our services.

2. Guidance, not a guarantee

Astrology is a traditional system of guidance. Our reports and consultations: - do not predict or guarantee any outcome, and should not be relied on as certain; - are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. For decisions about health, money, legal matters or relationships, please also consult a qualified professional; - never include offers to remove "curses" or "doshas", black magic, vashikaran or similar, and we never ask for extra payment to avoid misfortune. If anyone claiming to be from us does this, please report it to us.

3. Who can use the services

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement under Indian law. You may enter birth details of other people only with their permission, or as their parent or lawful guardian (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Your account and your details

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• The accuracy of every report depends on the birth details you give. Please give the place where you were born (correct to within 20 km) and the local time at that place.
• You may correct your birth details once, at no charge, within 24 hours of submitting them. After that, please write to us. If a report was prepared with details you later change, a new report is a new order unless the mistake was ours.

5. Orders, prices and delivery

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. The price you pay is the price shown when you order.
• Each service page shows its delivery time. The time starts when payment is confirmed and your birth details are complete.
• Reports are delivered to your account (and by email) as digitally signed PDF files. A report's authenticity can be checked with its Report ID at officialastrology.com/verify.
• Consultations take place at the booked time by phone or video. Please join on time.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by [PAYMENT GATEWAY]. We do not see or store your card details or UPI PIN. An invoice is sent for every paid order.

7. Cancellations and refunds

See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Use of reports and content

Reports are prepared for the person(s) named in them, for personal use. You may print them and share them with your family. You may not sell, publish or alter them, or present them as your own work. Everything on the site (text, charts, logo, designs) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. OfficialAstrology™ and our logo are our trade marks.

9. Things you must not do

Use the site for anything unlawful; enter other people's details without their permission; try to break into or overload the site; copy the site or its data in bulk; or abuse our astrologers or staff.

10. Our responsibility

We prepare every report with care and fix our own calculation errors at no charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a report or consultation, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Suspending accounts

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where the law allows. You may close your account at any time.

12. Complaints

Write to lifeguide@officialastrology.com or our Grievance Officer, [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME] ([REGISTERED ADDRESS], +91 90344 43318). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days. You may also approach the consumer commission or the National Consumer Helpline (1915).

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY], [STATE] have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show which applies. Orders already placed keep the terms in force when you placed them.
