What is Kumbh rashi in English?

On 24 Jul, at 12:00 PM, the Sun is in Leo 1°47′ by the tropical zodiac that birthday signs use, but in Kark 7°33′ by the sidereal zodiac of Vedic astrology. Kumbh is called Aquarius in English, yet a rashi is the Moon's sign at birth in the sidereal zodiac, not the birthday sign, so someone whose birthday makes them Aquarius need not have Kumbh rashi.

Retrograde (vakri)
Seen from Earth the graha appears to move backwards; shown as a fact only, as the texts differ on its meaning in transit.
Felt most
The third of a sign in which a graha's transit is classically felt most: the Sun and Mars the first, Jupiter and Venus the middle, the Moon and Saturn the last (Phaladeepika 26.25; Muhurta Chintamani 4.19).
