What is Mithun rashi in English?

On 1 Jul, at 6:46 AM, the Sun is in Cancer 9°15′ by the tropical zodiac that birthday signs use, but in Mithun 15°01′ by the sidereal zodiac of Vedic astrology. Mithun is called Gemini in English, yet a rashi is the Moon's sign at birth in the sidereal zodiac, not the birthday sign, so someone whose birthday makes them Gemini need not have Mithun rashi.
